- Previously, HDB/URA wrote in to ParkingSG where engineers on Parking will, on their behalf, manually make updates to carparks (e.g. add or remove a carpark) at specific dates and times
- Now, we have developed a self-service scheduler where admin users from HDB/URA can schedule these carpark changes ahead of time, independent of ParkingSG engineers
Q2 2023 Apr-Jun
- Migrated infrastructure for ParkingSG
- Refreshed the tech stack to improve familiarity and understandability by current engineers of the codebase
- Improved security of our backend systems through migration to up-to-date tooling and services on AWS
- Updated application monitoring capabilities to improve operational visibility, to detect and remediate issues faster
