Part of this initiative is a portal to ellevate experience for job seekers, while other parts focus on experience and efficacy for recruiters and hiring managers.

  • What we worked on:
    • Onboarding our team at PSD
    • Compiling baseline recruitment metrics
    • Set up and trialed an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at PSD with some experimentation on processes
    • Built 2 demo products to compute public service salaries and proactively match applicants to relevant public service roles
  • What we are planning next:
    • Reduce time-to-offer and time-to-fill: Test an MVP for computing salary offers
    • Reduce time-to-shortlist applicants: Test an applicant shortlisting tool
    • Expand ATS trial within PSD and other agencies to get more feedback, data, and iterate on process experiments
    • Release login, saved jobs, job recommendation and alerts, semantic search features for Careers@Gov Jobs portal
