Q3 2024 Jul-Sep
Launched vaccine.gov.sg website, to help MOPs find relevant vaccine recommendations, see subsidies clearly, and book appointments at nearby clinics.
Introduced the ‘Business Profile’ feature, enabling clinics to share their Profile for easier booking via Google Profiles or their own marketing channels.
Enhanced the Vaccine Advisor feature, now rolled out to over 250 GP clinics for improved user experience.
Launched ‘add-on vaccine advice’ via SMS, providing vaccine recommendations to users who have booked appointments on HAS.
SMS campaign to women aged 25-26, reminding them to receive the HPV vaccination before the subsidy expires.
Released the Export CSV function on the Admin Portal, enabling GP clinics to download appointment data for analysis and audit purposes.

Introduced a ‘Vaccine Advisor’ feature that provides GP doctors with recommendations on vaccines services based on patient’s medical records
Added a ‘Appointment Notes’ feature to allow clinics to record internal medical notes for patients
Upgraded the ‘Closed Dates’ feature to allow GP clinics more granular control of their appointment schedule (e.g. close the clinic for part of a day, temporarily close a schedule, temporarily stop offering a medical service)

Made all 12 vaccines under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) available for booking
